# Status

Worked out from the code and the last test run when this site was built,
never typed. A promise is **planned** until code says it `meets:` it or a
test says it `proves:` it; **built** until those tests have run; **proven**
once they all pass, and **failing** if any doesn't. A skipped test proves
nothing. `npm run e2e` runs them all in Docker against a named commit,
after first breaking each promise on purpose to show its tests fail.

## Not yet

- **Editing between devices.** Every promise holds between tabs of one
browser, at [/edit/](/edit/). Between devices waits for your.os to carry
the same bytes; until then a page moves as a saved file.
- **A selection across blocks.** Each block's words are their own
ProseMirror, so a selection stops at a block's edge ([How it
  works](how-it-works.md#open)).
- **A name.** *editor* is a placeholder.
